certainly. What I was thinking about is to compile all features by default
(gmp if it exists on the system, frisco cmm) and using a default of what is
already in the core. Then, the user may choose to use gmp for bignums with a
command line flag to the aldor compiler. Maybe it would be good to use gmp by
default and have a flag to use aldor's own bignums in case it doesn't work
well. Same thing for the memory manager. Basically make it pluggable but
without runtime linkage. Just compile everything and let users choose.
