The binaries are not there yet because nobody built the binaries. Since 
most people were interested in sources, and the binaries can be 
generated from the sources, we concentrated on having the sources for 
version 1.1.0 on time.

We shall have the binaries corresponding to 1.1.0 release as soon as 
possible.
