Hi Bill,

could you try building again, using yet another tarball (only the AGPL
part is needed, the APL one is unmodified). The change did not make it to
the tarball. There should not be a SUN cc in HCC. HCC should read:

  HCC = ${CC}

unless cross-compiling.
