Hi Aldor Users,

the functions "time", "ctime", "strlen" and "strcpy" are all defined by
C89. These are the only functions used in the UNIX version of "osDate",
so I suggest lifting it out of os_unix into opsys.c, since it should work
on every platform implementing standard C. Any objections?
